At Three of Coco, we value our customers and want to ensure you receive your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below, you'll find all the details about our shipping process, including rates, timelines, and what to expect once your order is on its way.

Free Shipping & Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50 (before taxes and discounts).
  • Orders under $50 will incur a flat shipping fee of $7.99.
  • If your order contains items that are significantly heavier than standard, an additional shipping charge may apply. We will notify you before processing any additional charges.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday are typically processed within 48 hours.
  • Orders placed on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) are generally processed by the end of the following Monday.
  • Standard shipping takes approximately 5-9 business days from the time your order is processed.

Order Tracking & Notifications

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Expedited Shipping

At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping. However, we’re always looking for ways to enhance our shipping options, so stay tuned!

Shipping Restrictions & PO Boxes

  • Currently, we only ship within the United States.
  • We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please wait 24-48 hours as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before actual delivery. If your package still hasn’t arrived, contact our customer support team at support@threeofcoco.com, and we’ll do everything we can to help!

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We want you to love your Three of Coco products! If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.
